Second phase of construction at Ephraim park to begin soon

Work on the second phase of Canyon View Park, which will include an amphitheater facing a concrete stage, will begin soon, according to Ephraim City officials. The project, located at 100 East, south of Ephraim Middle School, is budgeted at $330,000, including labor and materials.
