ERA Brokers release Housing Market Reports

Inventories of homes for sale dropped 20 percent between June 2014 and June 2015.
Closed sales decreased 13 percent from the previous year.
In June 2014, the average days on the market measured 76 down from 80 in June 2014.
The median home sales price was $156,000 in June 2015.
