Latest Sevier County Residential Real Estate Report

ERA Brokers recently published its latest market report covering the residential market in Sevier County.

 • In Sevier County, there were 31 new listings in February 2014 compared with 22 in February of the previous year.

 • The six-month average of median home prices increased 12 percent over the same six months last year.

 • Number of days on market measured 144 days for the month of February.

• With 15 sales per month, closed sales increased by 18 percent compared with the same six month period last year.

• Inventory for February decreased 4 percent compared with February of the previous year.
