New Wales Town Hall progresses to completion

The new Wales Town Hall was completed last month, just in time for the town to celebrate Welsh Days. After the town of about 300 came up with $45,000 for the hall, the Utah Community Impact Board (CIB) agreed to donate—not loan—$205,000 toward the $250,000 project. Sanpete Messenger
