Garkane hosts groundbreaking for new transmission line

Federal, state and local representatives gathered at Dave’s Hollow Ranger Station west of Tropic June 17 for a groundbreaking ceremony for a Garkane Energy transmission line project. The 138kV Tropic to Hatch line will help serve future growth in the outlying communities of south central Utah, in Garfield and Kane counties. Richfield Reaper
