Sanpete County Considers Road Widening

Plans to widen U.S. Highway 89 between Ephraim and Manti are under consideration by Sanpete County and UDOT for approximately $5 million. There isn't enough money to widen the road to four lanes all the way between the two towns, but the county is seeking input from the public about where to make the next expansion. Daily Herald
