Five-year American Community Survey data available

They're here. The U.S. Census Bureau has released data from the American Community Survey  for the combined years from 2006 to 2010─"the most relied-on source for detailed, up-to-date socio-economic statistics covering every community in the nation every year."

That means up-to-date demographic data is now available for small areas and towns. Check it out at the American Factfinder.
